Overview
The Bauer Supreme One80 ice hockey skates offers a great value with advanced performance and a reasonable price.
Bauer has used a similar material in the quarters of the one80 skate as the Vapor X60 and X50 skate. This is a great lightweight material that offers excellent durability and cut resistance properties. The one80 ice skate also offers the 3D anaformable design so it will give you a great custom fit once the skate is baked or broken in.
Bauer has used a traditional tongue design featuring a 48 oz. white felt tongue. This tongue also features a high-density lace bite guard. This type of lace bite guard allows for forward flex but still offers additional protection.

Comments:Love these skates, they fit great, are lightweight and offer great support. I like the longer blade length as i find i'm a bit faster as a result.

Comments:I purchased the Supreme One80 in hopes that the break in period would be better than what I had read about on the net. I was coming out of a Bauer 6000 Supreme (2006 model) that I absolutely thought was the best skate I have ever owned...and I was wrong. The One 80 is such an amazing skate. I had them baked at a local pro shop and the first time I wore them they were like an old pair of slippers! Basically, no break in period on this skate....do yourself a favor and have them baked as I am sure this helped a lot. This skate is light, responsive and super comfortable. I cannot comment on the durability yet as I have only had them for a few months but so far so good. If your looking for a great skate for under $400 and your a Bauer fan like me, don't hesitate and buy this winner
