The Sherwood G530 Wood Goalie Stick offers durable construction with a traditional wood feel. The G530 shaft is made of aspen and laminated birch woods. The paddle and blade showcase a white ash/fiberglass construction to add durability and reduce vibrations. The 530 goal stick is an excellent value for a reinforced wood goalie stick.

Sizing Chart

GENERAL SIZING RECOMMENDATION
In your standing, game-ready position, the blade should be flush with the playing surface and the blocker just barely overlapping the leg pad. If the heel of the blade is lifting off the ground, go up in paddle size. If the toe of the blade is lifting off the ground, go down in paddle size.
Note: Universal Paddle Length is measured from the heel of the blade to the start of the shaft.

Good starter stickGeat price for a good first goalie stick, it's better than advertised.

Comments: The best value out there for a solid wooden goal stick. Very durable. I play old-timers, stand-up style and like the heavier stick, which takes hard shots with less vibration.
